Online store
The online store of Gradient Labs Oy (Business ID 2379422-9, Address: Kisällintie 8, FI-06150 Porvoo, Finland, Tel: +358 19 372 374, Email: store@gradient.fi) sells products to private individuals and companies in more than 150 countries worldwide.
Placing an order
You can order products in the online store by placing items in your shopping basket and paying for them at checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact details provided when placing an order are used only for delivering the order and resolving any issues related to it. By ordering from our online store, you are expected to have familiarized yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the Terms of Service and the Gradient Register and Privacy Statement valid at the time of purchase.
Paying for the order
We accept international and local payment cards, PayPal, mobile payment methods, and bank transfer.
Payment cards and mobile payment
We use 3D Secure (Visa and Mastercard) and American Express SafeKey. The payment service is provided by Worldline (Bambora AB, Business ID 2684814-9).
Card payments are charged immediately upon authorization.
PayPal
PayPal allows you to pay using a variety of methods, including your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance. A PayPal account is required.
PayPal payments in our store are processed in euros (EUR) only. If you choose PayPal, the order total will be charged in EUR. If your PayPal account or card is set to another currency, PayPal may apply its own currency conversion and related fees in accordance with PayPal’s terms. Any currency conversion is handled by PayPal and is outside our control.
Payment by bank transfer
When paying by bank transfer, you will receive an IBAN account number and other banking details for completing the payment. Once the payment is received in our account (normally within 1–2 business days), we will send an order confirmation by email.
Purchase
The purchase contract is formed between the customer and the online merchant. The merchant is responsible for fulfilling all obligations related to the purchase.
Order confirmation
After a successful payment transaction, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. An email address is required to place an order.
Delivery options, time and costs
EU countries, UK, Norway and Switzerland
We deliver all orders over 500 euros free of charge. Delivery costs for orders below 500 euros will be shown after you have selected the delivery option.
Orders are delivered by GLS Euro Business Parcel or FedEx International Economy or Priority, depending on availability and the service selected. In Sweden, shipments are delivered by GLS/Schenker Express or FedEx International Economy or Priority. In Finland, shipments are delivered by Schenker Express or Matkahuolto.
Delivery time is typically 1–10 business days when the item is in stock. More detailed estimates are shown for product options and depend on the selected service. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during regular business hours. After the first delivery attempt, the parcel will be transferred to a local pickup point. In Sweden, all shipments under 20 kg will be delivered to a pickup point when GLS Euro Business Parcel is selected.
Please note that deliveries to Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Any additional duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are payable by the customer.
USA, Canada, Australia and other countries
We deliver all orders over 1500 euros free of charge. Delivery costs for orders below 1500 euros will be shown after you have selected the delivery option. Orders are delivered by FedEx International Economy or Priority, depending on availability and the service selected.
FedEx International Economy delivers your goods to the shipping address within 2–6 business days after placing the order. FedEx International Priority is the fastest shipping option available: orders are delivered within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery date depends on the shipping destination. Deliveries are made on business days from Monday to Friday.
For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes, including clearance and local taxes, as the goods are delivered on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance procedures, import inspections, or other actions taken by local authorities.
Terms for product exchanges and returns
To ensure you feel safe shopping online at the Gradient Store, we offer the option to exchange or return your product for a refund within 30 days of receiving your online order. In this case, please send us a cancellation notice including your name, address, order date, product details, and bank account number for the refund. The cancellation notice should be sent by email to info@gradient.fi or by mail to the return address below.
The product must be returned by postal service within 14 days of the cancellation notice, in the original packaging. Delivery costs for exchanges and returns are paid by the customer.
The right of return applies only to unused, re-sellable products in their original packaging. Please attach a copy of the cancellation notice to the returned product. We will refund the total amount paid by you within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, provided the product has been returned.
The right of return does not apply to products modified by the customer. The right of return does not apply to goods that have been sealed. If a business name is provided when placing the order, the buyer is considered a business customer. In this case, please note that the right of return under consumer protection law does not apply.

Problem situations
If your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery, or if you are otherwise not satisfied with your order, you must notify the relevant party or parties stated in the Terms of Service within 7 days. If the order has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the carrier immediately.
