Placing an order
You can order products in the online store by placing products in the shopping basket and paying them in the online store’s checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information given when placing the order is not used for anything else but delivery of the order and for resolving possible issues with the order. When ordering from our online store you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed yourself to the terms of service and Gradient registry and privacy statement valid at the time of purchase.
Paying for the order
With us, you can pay with the international and local payment cards, PayPal, mobile payment methods and bank wire.
Payment cards and mobile payment
We use 3D Secure developed by Visa and Mastercard card and American Express SafeKey certification. The payment service is provided by Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9). Verifone Finland Oy is a payment institution licensed by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority.
Payment transactions are executed in Verifone Finland Oy's secure payment environment. As the recipient of the most common online banking, card and other payments, Verifone Finland Oy appears on the account statement and possible card invoices, which forwards the payments to the merchant. With regard to other payment methods, Verifone Finland Oy acts as an intermediary for payment transaction information, in which case Gradient Labs Oy appears as the recipient of the payment.
Card payments will be charged immediately at the approval.
PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, a bank account, PayPal Credit, debit or credit cards, and rewards balance. The payment method requires a PayPal account.
Payment by bank wire
When using payment by bank wire transfer, you will receive an IBAN bank account number and other banking details from which you can pay for your order. When payment appears on our account (normally within 1-2 working days), we'll send you an order confirmation by email.
The purchase happens between a customer and an online merchant. It is the merchant’s responsibility to fulfill all obligations of the purchase.
After a successful payment transaction, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending a verification message requires an email address when ordering.
Delivery options, time and costs
EU countries, UK, Norway and Switzerland
We deliver all the orders over 500 Euros for free. The delivery costs of orders below 500 Euros can be seen after you have selected the delivery option.
Orders are delivered by GLS Euro Business Parcell or FedEx International Economy or Priority service. In Sweden by GLS/Schenker Express or FedEx International Economy or Priority service, in Finland by Schenker Express or Matkahuolto.
The delivery time to all countries is 1-10 business days when the item is in stock. Detailed times are indicated with product alternatives and are dependent on the service selected. Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday during regular business hours. After the first delivery attempt, the parcel will be transported to a local pickup point. In Sweden, all shipments under 20 kg will be delivered to a pickup point when GLS Euro Business Parcell is selected.
Please note that all deliveries to Switzerland are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Additional duties, taxes and fees may apply.
USA, Canada, Australia and other countries
We deliver all the orders over 1500 Euros for free. The delivery costs of orders below 1500 Euros can be seen after you have selected the delivery option. Orders are delivered by FedEx International Economy or Priority service depending on the availability and choice of the service.
FedEx International Economy service delivers your goods to the shipping address within 2–6 business days after placing the order. FedEx International Priority is the fastest shipping option available: orders are delivered within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery date is based on the shipping destination. Deliveries are made on business days from Monday to Friday.
For orders shipped outside the EU, the customer is responsible for paying possible import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes as the goods are Delivered at Place (DAP).
Terms for product exchanges and returns
To feel safe when shopping online at Gradient Store, we offer you to exchange or return your product for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your online order. In this case, please make a cancellation notice that indicates your name, address, order date, product and bank account number for the money refund. The cancellation notice should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail to the return address below.
The product must be returned by postal service within 14 days of the cancellation notice in the original packaging. Delivery costs of product exchanges and returns are paid by customer.
The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing. Please, attach a copy of the cancellation notice to the product return. We will refund the total amount paid by you within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice if the product has been returned.
The right of return does not apply to a product modified by a customer. The right of return does not apply to goods that have been sealed. If a customer gives a business name when the order is made, it is considered that the buyer is an enterprise. In this case, it is worth remembering that the right of return under the consumer protection law does not apply to companies.

In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms of service within 7 days. If the order has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the carrier company immediately.
